Yeehaw!I’ve been making premium beef jerky for over 30 years, and sure as shootin’, it’s as good a jerky as you’ve ever eaten. I found this here recipe in a little ole butcher shop in Dutch County Pennsylvania. It's rich with hickory smoke flavor ‘cuz it starts with long strips of beef marinated in spices. We take our time and string our jerky by hand and then slow cook it in a real honest to goodness smokehouse. You just can’t rush a good thing. Shoot, I’m not the only one who loves Wild Bill’s – I’ve got fan-atics all over the country. My jerky is proudly made in Martinsville, Virginia. So if you want to taste a little piece of history, order you up some Wild Bill’s today!
